Interaction Design:

Araby Vårdkarta, 2023

This project was a group work along with Tina Karlsson, Lily Van Der Werf and Anna Struve. It was also a collaboration with different stakeholders from the health agencies of Araby area, Kronobergs region, Röda Korset and Verklighetslabbet. The question was: How can we through design help to improve the navigation of the people of Araby through the Swedish Healthcare system. For that, we proposed the design of a map, one for prevention issues like healthy habits and the other as an action plan for people when in need of health care, to recognize the different institutions in their area and the procedure of how to contact them. This map could work as a widget in the stakeholder’s website, as an interactive screen on community centers, as a poster or as a brochure. It also has promotional animations that can be displayed on social media or public spaces like bus screens.

Kalmar Connect, 2022

This is a prototype for an app created in group along with Tina Karlsson and Anna Struve. The concept of this app was born in collaboration with Kalmar Kommun, exploring ways to increase the resilience of the city around the climate crisis. Among other things, the app enable citizens to share their concerns on the forum and create calls to action, keeping a strong comunication with the authorities and the political actors. At the same time, authorities can spread information through the Resources area and keep the public updates in the News area. This allows a fast and easy access to truthful information and at the same time reinforcing horizontal communication.
