140 Watercolor & ink paintings from 40 countries

Congratulations and my best wishes to all the watercolorists whose works shown here are wonderful, I take this opportunity to thank master Mauri Virtanen for leading the organization of this event.

IWS (International Watercolor Society) is an international network of non-profit watercolor associations that was d in 2012 with the aim of promoting the oldest pictorial ue: Watercolor! Art brings together all the people of the egardless of your race, religion, culture and distance, h watercolor our mission is to promote peace, harmony, d understanding and in this catalog we have managed these objectives by seeing so many beloved countries of ld together.

I want to wish each of our local associations the best of d success in all the activities and events that help us our goals.

IWS Ecuador is perhaps one of the smallest IWS branches in América, but at the same time is being on eof the most active, our short comming goal is to integrante our small country between which where the watermedia painting has a strong development.

To have art in one's life is really a fortunate and wonderful thing. Here, borders among countries disappear in the world of art so we can freely connect to one another without boundaries, and come to realize that it is always possible that a connection, no matter now remote, can be built. This is what I call wonder!

Welcome to the kingdom of watercolor and ink where there is no limits for artist's feelings and emotions to show, they open up their hearts and minds and invite people to enter this wonderful and extraordinary world.
