22-11-2018 In & Out Naval and Military Club London
Esharelife gathered friends, supporters and representatives from beneficiary organisations for its second Christmas Party – and raised funds for Kenyan education projects. The glittering event, hosted by Tratos Ltd CEO and charity founder Dr Maurizio Bragagni, saw special guests from the worlds of politics, business and the arts gather to celebrate and support Esharelife charities. They included soon-to-be-knighted former Transport Minister Rt Hon John Hayes; The Albanian Ambassador, Mr. Qirjako Qirko, Founder and Chief Executive of Finito Education Ltd, Mr Ronel Lehman, Simon Blagden MBE,
Non-Executive Chairman of Fujitsu and, by video, actor George Blagden, main character in the "Versailles" series. The evening featured a highlight auction which saw a pair of paintings donated by artist Mihov bought during the auction. More than 100 invited guests joined the gathering at London’s Military In & Out Club to look back at the progress enabled by funds from the charity and hear about ambitions for 2019. Esharelife would especially like to thank George Blagden, Mustafa Mohammed as well as our sponsors Tratos Ltd.

Supported Project ESHARELIFE
This year we have helped the Avsi projects in Kenya
AVSI has been present for the last 30 years in Kenya with many projects, including building schools and helping thousands of children to have a better future.
Education is one of the biggest steps toward conquering poverty – offering chances, hope and possibilities. That’s why Esharelife has committed to support another of AVSI’s Kenyan projects, and support hundreds of students with scholarships at the St Kizito Vocational Training Institute. Over time, these schools have shifted from receivers of support to fully
engaged partners in action with the mission to unlock children’s access to education. Kenya’s capital, Nairobi, is home to Kibera, one of the world’s largest slums. It houses between 170,000 and 1 million locals. Around half of Kenyans live below the poverty line with 38.5 per cent of the adult population.

Previous Events EYES ON THE FUTURE GALA DINNER In support of Eyes on the Future
10-10-2018 Sheraton Grand London Park Lane London
The Eyes on the Future Gala Dinner saw guests arrive to a glittering event at one of London’s most exclusive venues. The event raised £220,000 to fund research to fast-track treatment for an incurable eye condition. The incredible generosity marks another big step in the fight against one of the cruellest diseases – Leber Congenital Amaurosis (LCA) – a disease that
guarantees the children suffering from it are blind in their teenage years. Organised in association with the charity Retina Uk, representatives from Esharelife and their guests were delighted to support the evening and Esharelife donated a stunning original artwork for auction. The watercolour painting, by Bulgarian born – British made artist Mihov, contributed £2000.

Previous Events ANNUAL CHRISTMAS PARTY In support of the Avsi projects in Kenya
07-12-2017 Institute of Directors London
Last year Esharelife hosted a Christmas party with the aim of changing the lives of children living in dire conditions in a Kenyan slum. That party raised money that has been dedicated to supporting the chances and choices for 50 of those children – funding access to education and improved life skills. The money raised from Esharelife went towards providing:
Psychosocial support, including periodic home visits; recreational activities including sporting activities with prizes; school meetings; part payment of school fees and contributions toward school uniforms, books and stationery; medical assistance including free medical consultations, medicines and specific medical treatments
Long Lasting Trust 20 YEARS OF ESTEEM
Maurizio Bragagni & AVSI
The AVSI Foundation has supported the development of several schools in Kenya since the early 90s: kindergartens, elementary, middle, high school and VTIs. Antonino Masuri, Project Manager of AVSI Kenya, has lived and worked in Nairobi for the last 13 years. Maurizio Bragagni, Founder and Chairman of Esharelife, started to sustain the work of AVSI several years ago, and having seen the results achieved over time, he has increased the efforts to funding the projets in Kenya, in particular after he founded Esharelife a few years ago.
Dr Bragagni thanked friends of Esharelife for their continued support for the world’s most disadvantaged communities in the UK and worldwide. He went on to explain how providing access to computers and instruction on how to use them was one of the quickest ways to empower people. Giving them the tools to harness technology and create better chances in life. He went on to stress that the most important foundation for better lives was the education in all its aspects – that and putting the individual at the centre of the thinking and the process.
Esharelife would like to give a special thanks to:
