I want to thank you with all my heart for the support you have givenme and for the trust you have held in me in representing those valuesof democracy and freedom that we both share.

Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, we lost. But we remain proudof what we have done. We remain proud of having rejected populism,stood our ground and fought for real politics.

The biggest mistake is not failing, but not trying at all.

History is full of people who haven’t tried especially from the middle class and from those of us in the business world who have allowed these extremist movements to grow. Now it is our duty to fight for what we believe. Giving up means letting the extremists triumph.

This electoral campaign is only the beginning, and we are ready for what the future holds. Throughout my journey I have compiled a summary of articles, interests and reflections that I would like to share with you. I’m pleased to present my new book enclosed “Brexit, Business and a Better Britain”.

We have tried our best and will continue to do so. To fight for freedom,democracy, stability, oportunities and for Italy.
