Magnolia Healthcare & Rehabilitation has recently completed its first phase of a $2 million facility renovation this past fall. Originally built in the 1960s and holding former titles of Graymere Healthcare, Heritage Manor, Signature Healthcare of Columbia, and now Magnolia Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, the facility is proud to be a long-standing healthcare provider for the county’s most vulnerable and esteemed population. The facility’s management team says the renovation investment signifies its continued commitment Magnolia has toward providing post-acute and long-term care services to the seniors in Columbia and Maury County for years to come.

In the spring of 2022, the facility began a full renovation of its Rehab Unit which includes 44 beds to include 14 private suites with full bathroom suites, and 15 semi-private rooms all with brand new amenities from ceiling to floor. This rehab-to-home space is catered for those residents needing short-term, post-acute rehabilitation including physical, occupational, and speech therapies and/or skilled nursing services like IV antibiotic administration, stroke and cardiovascular recovery, wound care, and other skilled nursing needs. Phase two will include a full therapy gym remodel and upgraded equipment, and phase three will include a complete renovation to the front lobby and exterior portico.

Located on Trotwood Avenue in historic Columbia, Tennessee, Magnolia Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is Maury County’s most established Skilled Nursing Facilities with 181 licensed beds and a large therapy & rehab-to-home unit.
