PUCKETT'S PREMIUM GOO GOO BROWNIE SUNDAE
SERVINGS: 8 • PREP TIME: 15 MIN • BAKE TIME: 45 MINUTES
Ingredients:
Your favorite brownie mix
Vanilla ice cream
12 slices of thick-cut bacon
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons Puckett's BBQ Rub
Chocolate syrup
Caramel syrup
1 Puckett's Premium Goo Goo Cluster, chopped Whipped cream
Instructions:
⯀ Prepare brownies as denoted in the recipe you choose.
For BBQ Candied Bacon:
⯀ Preheat oven to 375°
⯀ Line baking sheet with parchment paper or foil
⯀ Place bacon on baking sheet
⯀ Brush each piece to lightly coat with maple syrup
⯀ Mix together brown sugar and Puckett's BBQ Rub
⯀ Sprinkle mixture over each piece of bacon, making sure to fully coat
⯀ Pat mixture onto bacon with your hands
⯀ Bake for 30-40 minutes until crispy and brown
⯀ Once cooled, chop or break into pieces
Time to Build Your Sundae!
⯀ Place brownie in bowl
⯀ Top with a scoop of ice cream
⯀ Throw on candied bacon, chopped Puckett's Premium GooGoo's, whipped cream, chocolate and caramel syrups. Enjoy!
