So in order to lose weight, all you really have to do is eat 200 to 500 calories less. No exercise. But if you like exercise, don't stop. Get your $10 worth at Planet fitness. Figure out how much calories you burn per activity, and exercise accordingly. Here's the kicker. You can record what you eat and see how much calories you have consumedand how you exercised, which shows how much calories you have burnedHaving both sets of information will create a guideline for you to follow. You will be able to monitor your food intake and decide how much exercise you will need to lose weight. If you have to eat out, eat smart not hard. Sometimes you gotta cheat. I was between work and class and I needed to squeeze a meal in. But I was also craving fried chicken. So with 3 and a half months left- I would suggest for you to take in 1,500 calories. That could mean eating 2,000 calories and burning it off with 1 hr 15 min on the elliptical or 40 minutes with a 5 mph on the treadmill. Just play with that and adjust it to your likeness.
