The design of the Péepem house sought to integrate traditional elements of the vernacular architecture (Maya) with a modern composition, that integrates with the natural environment that surrounds it.

The project was developed in a surface of 266 m2 and with a constructed area of 153.2 m2 divided into two levels and separating the public space from the private one, with a floating floor to separate the nature of the concrete and protect the user. All the lower floor has a full view of the nature with the use of a full wall of glass to let the user live the nature that surrounds the house.
