Yoga in Air
Yoga can help with air travel by reducing tension, relaxing the body, and increasing blood circulation. Here are some yoga practises to try before, during, or after flying.

Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth slowly while sitting comfortably. Can relax the body and mind.
Spinal Twist
Twist torso to one side while seated, resting your opposite hand on the outside of your thigh. Hold the twist for a few breaths. Switch sides. Can relieve back strain.
Forward Fold
Place your feet flat on the floor and sit on the edge of your seat. Inhale and stretch your spine; exhale and bend forward, reaching your hands towards your feet. Hold position for few breaths. Can relax lower back muscles and hamstrings.
Seated Cat-Cow
Sit with back straight and hands on knees. Arch your back and lift your chest as you inhale. Bend your back and draw in your stomach as you exhale. Can release tension.
Neck Rolls
Rotate your neck slowly in clockwise and anti-clockwise directions. Can reduce neck and shoulder stiffness.
