What We Do Building Construction We have undertaken a number of complex building projects including highrise commercial, multi level basements, housing, highrise housing, shopping centres, healthcare institutions, educational facilities and public sector facilities. We are fully equipped to execute several projects at the same time. Major landmarks can be viewed in and around Nairobi.

Civil Engineering We are fully equipped with heavy earth moving equiment, road construction machines, pipe laying tools and sophisticated survey equipment which allow us to undertake design and construction of major roads, bridges irrigation and pipeline projects

Joinery & Carpentry

At our Head Office, we have a 50,000 Square foot fully fitted woodworking workshop capable of manufacturing doors, door frames, kitchens, wardrobes, specialized form works and furniture.

Alternative Building Solutions We are able to offer our clients alternative methods of construction such as precast construction, pre-stress concrete construction solutions, and expanded polystyrene (EPS) building solutions that result in increase in delivery speed and quality.

Aluminium Works At our Head Office, we have an Aluminium Workshop covering 20,000 Square foot capable of manufacturing and assembling Aluminium Windows , Doors and Curtain Wall systems. It is fully equipped with the required cutting and welding machines.

Stone Cladding We are equipped with Stone Cutting machines allowing us to cut natural stones for cladding purpose such as Mazeras and blue stone.

Steel Fabrication At our Head Office, we have a Steel Fabrication workshop covering 20,000 Square foot capable of manufacturing casement windows, casement doors and heavy steel structural elements

Precast Concrete

We manufacture various Precast Concrete items using mechanized methods. Products include; 60 mm and 80 mm paving blocks,invert block drains, paving slabs. side slabs, road channels, road kerbs,culvert, concrete blocks, hollow pots and window sills. 6

A Laboratory wing of 10,000 sqm floor area including a separate basement. A total of 9 lift shafts housing panoramic lifts and 12 stair wells. Underground water storage tanks below basement floor bed of a total capacity of 350,000 liters. Above ground but in basement sprinkler tank of 100,000 liters. Basement floors finish in power trowel. Offices and common areas finished in polished granito tiles. Total of 4,000 sqm glass curtain walling on separate steel structure forming a double skin in parts of the building. All roof structures constructed using light weight steel roofing systems by ultraspan and covered with Decra roofing tiles to fit curved nature of the towers. Auxiliary buildings and services include a biodigester, transformer room, generator room and gate house. All subcontractors were nominated however under our supervision and in contract with us.
