Main strategies
The idea starts from making a building strongly based on respect for the environment, through good orientation and the use of renewable energy. The buildings were oriented in such a way as to take advantage of the maximum solar gain. As a spatial concept, the building blocks are traversed by a metal structure bridge that recalls an old historic bridge in the city of Rawson. This bridge ar ticulates the spaces by linking them transversally, incorporating garden terraces, common spaces and circulation.

Steps of construction
The project had to be done in three stages, which is why we made three main drains for each tower. We did the same for the entire
system. That was an addi tional challenge, because that affects the development of the project and the con struction of the

04Indoor velodrome
San Juan province
Brief
The indoor velodrome of San Juan is the largest vel odrome in the country and possibly one of the larg est in Latin America. With Alpes Sanit S.A. We did the entire plumbing project for the architect Jorge López. Plans were made for approval by the urban department and for execution on site

Sample of works done
It was quite a challenge to participate in this project. In addition to its large size, its oval-shaped morphology turned out to be a major obstacle when carry ing out the plumbing project. We had to carry out several sewer connections and an external network to guarantee the correct operation.
The vents took advantage of the slopes of the stands to continue their course towards the exterior exits. I personally made all the plumbing plans, and par ticipated together with the company manager in all the coordination meet ings.

About the process
This is my first job in France, it was a challenge because I had to talk directly with my client in French. We are both very satisfied with the result of this collaboration. I developed all the work: project, strategies, graphics and presentation.

space planned for the project is located in Ivry-Sur-Seine, in Paris. Together with the client, we seek an industrial and austere aesthetic, seeking to take advantage of all the existing elements of the building to use them as part of the proposal. We had to think of a way to create more spaces for the offices, so we built two mezzanines where the structure and height allowed us to do so. We seek to generate open offices and take advantage of the elements of the previous

Architecture franchise design
Brief
This work was done in conjunction with a graphic designer and an industrial designer. The client con tacted us because he needed a brand change to start selling a new tire dealer franchise. My work consisted of making three architectural proposals based on different sizes of buildings, and carrying out the entire concept and architectural design of the franchise.

About the process
It was an interesting project because it had to think of an identity that could be repeated in the different types of building. Working directly with the client and with a team specialized in another sector was very enriching.
We had to hold several meetings before the final result. We opted for a sober and simple design, ma terialized mainly by pure colours from the brand, simple volumes and affordable materials in various areas.
