Murat Mayor, Senior Vice President - Advisory Murat has more than 25 years of experience in analyzing, forecasting and planning for real estate in U.S., Europe and Asia. He developed unique methodologies to interpret data and trends to propose actionable strategies. His commitment to clients is to assess economy, market, and consumer needs to identify best and most creative ways to profitably invest, develop or re-develop. During his career, Murat was the Business Strategist of Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Company. He had oversight of analysis, forecasting, strategy and planning at subsidiary builder and corporate levels for 12 years. He was previously CEO of Mayor Group (Real Estate & I.T.) in Europe for 14 years. He has an educational background with bachelors and masters in architecture, followed by a Ph.D. in architecture, and a Ph.D. in business. Murat has rich background with International Federation for Housing & Planning and Council on Tall Building & Urban Habitat since 1987.
