June 8, 2020 Dear Valued Customers, Employees and the Community: A few months have now gone by since the Covid-19 pandemic really hit our country. I’m especially pleased with the way that all of us have been tackling the virus in Manitoba and Saskatchewan. We are a family owned company that strives on working together in all aspects of our lives and business and I am happy to see everyone doing just that during these unprecedented difficult times. We want to remind you that we continue to be here for you regarding all your agriculture, construction and commercial turf needs. Farmers continue to put seed in the ground while construction on roads and buildings is in full force. Golf courses are also as busy as ever since it’s one of the few activities we can still partake in with most events being postponed at this time. Our staff and customers have adapted very well to the new protocols we have put in place in all of our stores. We kindly ask that you continue to follow these protocols as we continue to keep our dealerships safe for our customers, employees and the community. A few things to remember: •
Refrain from visiting the dealership if you feel unwell or have travelled within the last 14 days

Policies are in place to help limit the number of people in the dealerships at one time
•
We have marked locations are on our floors to help promote physical distancing
•
We continue to increase sanitation efforts at each location
•
Unnecessary travel outside our territory of business remains suspended for all of our staff
•
All promotional events have been postponed until further notice
•
Having sales staff pre-contact our customers prior to visits or by request
We encourage you to use our 24/7 online parts ordering system or call us to make arrangements for a curbside pickup or delivery. We know you rely on us to get the job done which is why we have always remained open throughout the pandemic. Working toward our common goals and interests as we have in the past several months, I know we will get through this difficult time together.
