Our Ordering Process LET HUETOPIA ASSIST YOU FROM START TO FINISH

THE RANGE

ORDERING

THE PROCESS

Most of our designs can be made in any colour you wish. All elements are interchangeable, so if you don’t like a flower or feather on one - we can replace it with another or leave it off altogether ... all designs are made from scratch for you so any combination you see, we can do or certainly point you in the right direction of designing the perfect invitation.

To order, please either email us your interest or fax through the purchase order form with all the items you wish to order, clearly marked on the form. We will then email you a formal purchase order upon which we will require a 25% deposit to secure your order and book your deliver y date.

Once you have compiled your wording and you have collected all your guests’ details you will then email your items to Huetopia and we will format and make your text beautiful and email all proofs to you for your approval. You may opt for a mockup to make sure everything looks as spectacular as you had imagined it would. Alternatively, you can approve ever ything via email to speed your deliver y up. Once your approval is received, your invitations are ready within approximately two weeks. We will courier or post your order nationally or internationally.

Once these details are confirmed you will receive via email a text pack consisting of all the wording options for all stationer y items and an address spreadsheet for you to collect all your guests’ details on. All text needs to be supplied in word and excel formats.

Huetopia will also assist you in all the text that is featured on all stationer y items, which you will get to proof read and see mockups of before we finally produce your order.

If you are tr ying to decide between a few design styles or wish to view a design in your chosen colour scheme, Huetopia is happy to supply you with sample mockups to make your decision a little easier. We can post you up to three mockups for the cost of $25 for one, $60 for an invitation set (3 items) including bonbonniére, menu etc. plus $15 express post (or AU$20 international). Once you proceed with your order, this price will be deducted off your total balance. Mockups in the Elite and Magic Collection are $50 per one. To order samples please complete and fax or email the purchase order clearly marking ‘samples only’ on your order and we will post them to you within 7days. *Please note not all designs can be sold as mockups, in particular those from the Elite and Magic Collection. Postage will not be refunded. Orders must be over $500. Maximum 3 mockups per customer.

Linda and Paul had a wedding with classic elegance in mind, a look that would last forever. Clean lines, sheer fabrics and lots of white blooms intertwined with tiny strings of pearls.

This black tie event held in the Guillaume at Bennelong Restaurant was themed white on white with hints of pale shades of pink orchids and lilies in the table centerpieces.

Old Hollywood glitz and glamour was the theme. Held at Luna Park’s Cr ystal Palace, the ballroom was outfitted in pure white, decorated with latte roses, silver chandeliers and shimmering cr ystals.

How many invitations do you need.

Order in advance.

To accessorise or not to accessorise.

You may be inviting 150 people but you will need far fewer invitations since youâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;ll be sending a single invitation per couple or per family. But be sure to pad your order with approximately five to ten (or 10%) spare blank invitations for last minute guests, your scrap book and postal mishaps.

Your invitations should be mailed out about eight weeks before the big event and most stationers need four to six weeks to make them up for you. Be sure to order straight away your reception items such as menus or place cards so that your stationer can reser ve the stock for you in case it becomes discontinued or the item sells out.

Not accessorising is like leaving home without your Louis Vuitton! Itâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s like the cherr y on top that puts the finishing touches on your event. Your style and theme will flow through the invitation to the ceremony and finally to the reception - linking and personalising the three stages of the most incredible day of your life.

With our wealth of experience and knowledge in the stationery industry, the team at Huetopia are more than happy to assist in making your dream a reality.

Our email text pack includes samples of wording to help you compile the perfect invitation - traditional or informal, same venue ceremony and reception wording, dress code options, ceremony only text and various ways to include (or not) your parents and parents-in-law on your invitation, as well as a guest address spreadsheet.

You will receive proofs of your stationery via email in a pdf format to print and proof read for any errors. Have several people look over the proofs to make sure the names, dates and spelling are all correct. Alternatively you may opt for a mockup to be posted to you of your chosen invitation and wording for your final approval.

Your invitations will be ready in four weeks. Slip your invitation facing for ward to you into the envelope and insert any extra cards behind the invitation so that the guests see the invitation as soon as they open the envelope or box. Normally a $1 stamp is sufficient for box or envelope and manual franking is recommended.

When it comes to food, look at quality rather than quantity. Avoid processed foods, drink plenty of water, get eight hours of sleep per night, do some relaxation or meditation for ten to twenty minutes per day, cut all sugar out from your diet, avoid alcohol and cut out wheat from your diet completely, that means no pasta, breads or white rice. Tr y raw vegetables, brown rice and rice crackers, oatmeal for brekkie and summer salads as a source of carbohydrates instead. Eat protein from fish, meat, eggs and vegetables. Lastly, make sure you eat five small meals ever y three to four hours rather than two or three huge ser vings.
