Dear Ladies, I am looking forward to the 2011 MBA Ladies Retreat at Camp Friendship, March 18-19 th! I pray that your ladies will be able to attend to be encouraged and challenged by God’s Word as well as to enjoy fellowship with other Christian women. With this letter, you will find more information about the retreat and registration information. The first 200 ladies to pre-register this year will receive a handmade tote bag filled with lots of fun things. Please collect all registrations and money from your church and mail them together. Pre-Registration forms and money are due by March 1, 2011. If for some reason you cannot register by this date, please call me. It is important that ladies from your church pre-register as I need to let the camp know the number of ladies attending for meals and to assign cabins based on the number of ladies in your group. Reading reports from this last year should be sent to Bev Snow. The new Reading Report for 2011-2012 will be available at check-in. Every church should bring 2 dozen cookies as we will have set times of fellowship throughout the weekend. Camp Information: Check-in is from 4:00-5:00 pm on Friday evening in the Program Center near the main parking lot. Please plan to arrive during this time so that you will have time take your belongings to your cabin after check-in. What to Bring: • Bible and pen/pencil to take notes • Bedding and maybe a few extra blankets * Bathrooms and showers are available in each cabin. • If you would like to bring any crafts to work on, there is a cabin we can use for crafts. There will be some free time for you to work on your crafts. • Offerings will be taken for the college scholarship and other miscellaneous needs for the retreat. Please pray about giving money towards these special needs. If you completed a Reading Report last year, please include your points on your church’s Total Reading Report.
