Hello! Great that you are here! Reading this it means that you are brave enough and want to be a vital and active part of the future of AIESEC for BULGARIA. The entity is calling for talent, but more than that for leaders, who are ready to put their heart into inspiring others trough their actions to dream more, learn more, do more, and become more. To make one thing clear: you are about to start an exciting journey, but it won’t be an easy one. We will face challenges on our path to success. We will have to test ourselves and we will see who we truly are. You will have to focus your energy, passion, time and commitment into this role in order for this entity to grow and deliver more and more leadership experience. But of course we have been in AIESEC long enough to know that every hard work has its rewards – you will develop more than ever, grow by being pulled out of your comfort zone. You will meet great people with same values, empower other and change lives. Through your hard work, you will for sure create bonds that will last for life. Probably while reading this you would be wondering – “what character do I need to be to become part of this MC team?“ The answer is simple – be yourself. The worst thing you could do during this process is trying to be someone that you are not and later on, notice that you are not happy with your experience. As a leader as much as I care about the growth of the entity, I care about the growth and experience of my team. That why I would like to see the true you during this process and if you become part of the team every day together you, I and the rest of the team we will strive to become our better us.

We regret more what we haven’t done rather than what we did wrong. So now if you are already here, it means that you have the passion so take your pen out, accept the challenge, believe in yourself, stand up and write your heart and soul out!

I am looking forward to seeing you! Linh , MCP 17/20

BULGARIA

AIESEC FOR BULGARIA

Bulgaria is a mysterious, multilayered country, with ski fields as fantastic as its beaches. But what keeps me in thrall is Bulgaria’s mash-up of ancient and cutting-edge culture. It is a country of beautiful nature in combination with great Balkans food and very direct and friendly people. You can find a lot of interesting thing about Bulgaria on the internet so feel free to research and see Bulgaria from all of its aspects. The important thing to remember is that Bulgaria is a developing country – which means it hides many opportunities disguised as hard work. If you are flexible, innovative and ready to work hard you can make miracles in this country. When talking to a Bulgaria, you should consider that we might look reserved at first, but we are actually very friendly, so don’t be afraid to approach people, we are kind at heart. Click HERE and HERE

AIESEC in Bulgaria was founded in 1990 and currently with 7 local entities and around 300 members. As you can see the organization is still young and is yet to learn and develop. The MC as a national office serves the local offices by guiding the development of local operations and providing the required infrastructure. The responsibility of the MC of AIESEC in Bulgaria is to enable an organizational framework for strong growth through the efficient use of the organization’s resources. Contrary to other entities the Bulgarian MC team is comparatively small as we try to build a bottom-up culture with only the necessary services provided centrally and try to be flexible and innovative. AIESEC in BULGARIA is searching for brave AIESECers who are ready to try their own skills and want to develop an organization that hides many opportunities yet to be found. The journey of developing a young organization is hard, but for sure is worth it!
