Words from MCP Hello, you magnificent, brave, curious one I will not tell you fairy tales about the experience of being MCP because I am sure that if you are reading this you already know that you are taking into consideration an overwhelming, frightening, yet amazing experience into mind.
This experience is hard, requires lots of efforts, patience, compassion, tolerance, love, and determination. It is like a video game where with each lv. the challenges get harder, and you get better at solving them. But in the end, that is the sole purpose of AIESEC right? For us to develop through challenges and to learn from our mistakes and turn them into striving achievements. This experience will break you down into pieces and will force you to pick yourself up and create an even better version of yourself. It will teach you how to give your all, how to get things moving, how to let go of fear. You will have no choice but to be brave, to stand up for yourself, to stand up for your team, to empower others, to create impact without forcing it. And to learn to work with a team...oh the team... You will be with people who will push you so much out of your comfort zone, that one day you will wake up and say to yourself " Gosh, I think they made me stronger".
Words from MCP And if you are asking yourself "Am I the right person?" "Am I the most suitable?“ "Am I good enough?"... Stop asking. The answer lies in the hands of the plenary. And no, you will never be good enough until you finish your term as MCP and that is perfectly fine. As MCP you should be there for the plenary, not for yourself. And if you are what the plenary needs they will choose you, but you will never know, if you do not apply.
Wishes will always be dreams and Dreams will always be wishes unless you make the first step. So now, let go of your fear, say "quiet down" to your EGO, and just trust the process. If you have come to this last sentence, it means you really want it.
Opportunities come once in life, so are you going to grab it or let it go? I wish you luck, Linh

Tips & Tricks for Applicants Taking part in the process is a demanding experience and the applicants should aim to support each other during the process. The MC will provide information and guidance (given the HR capacity). Applicants can ask for individual meetings with MC members for consultations. Your application package and presentations should speak for themselves. Try to be as genuine as possible.
You can find yourself an Election buddy who support you during the process and give you feedbacks and inputs on your application and presentations. (MCP cannot be election buddy) Take time to talk to more people to acquire a more holistic view of the entity and to answer the questions in depth. Applicants are expected to have knowledge in : @Way, A2020, National and Global Directions for the last 2 terms, Global Exchange Timeline, LCs current state, Overall current Exchange state of @Bulgaria and etc.. You may speak to members of AIESEC in Bulgaria for your process but you are asked not to promote yourself, nor criticize other candidates, under any circumstances.
