The ceeder’s opportunities are under the MC structure and they exist in order to support the LCs with operations, alongside the MC, will work towards the growth of AIESEC in BULGARIA. Most positions last for a quarter, but can often be extended in the scope of the term. Members will each have a MC responsible that will provide a JD, tracking and individual leadership development. The positions require physical presence in Bulgaria. EST position

Working conditions: • Period of the position – read in the JDs • Workload – between 20 and 40 hours per week (depends on the position) • Days off – Saturday and Sunday (with the exceptions of National conferences), National Holidays, additional if needed • LC visits – transport costs covered by MC budget • National Conferences and meetings – accommodation and transport costs covered by MC budget • Internet in office – covered

Living conditions: • Allowance** – not covered • Accommodation – covered by MC budget • Bills for accommodation – not covered • Location of MC flat – center of Sofia • Location of MC office – 30 min walking from MC flat; by metro – 15 min **There is high possibility for candidates from EU countries to get the Erasmus placement grant for the duration of the role. The only condition is the candidates to have student’s rights.

Interviews: Taking place from 6-9th of February 2017 in a convenient time for both sides, set in advance Announcement: Happening on 12th of February 2017 (Friday) via social media and email Transition and arriving: • Online transition and preparation starts from the time of selection • We expect you in Bulgaria on 1st of March 2017 for physical transition and start of you role (exceptions are allowed for applicants, who need visa)


Role: CXP enablers will support creation, implementation, tracking and development of enablers customer flow strategies for AIESEC in Bulgaria on local level in collaboration with B2B coordinator on national level. Main responsibilities: • Collaboration with national B2B coordinator • Optimization of processes on local level • Education, consultancy and support on local level • Assistance with attracting enablers on local level

MoS: • # approved in ICX on local level • # realized in ICX on local level • # completed in ICX on local level

Preferred Skills / Experience: • Previous experience in ICX • Entity Partnership management • Good English is a must • Sales skills

KPIs: • # LCs visited • # trainings delivered • # sales campaigns • # meetings

Accountable to: • B2B coordinator


Role: CXP youth will support creation, implementation, tracking and development of youth customer flow strategies for AIESEC in Bulgaria on local level in collaboration with MC VP B2C and B2C Managers. Main responsibilities: • Collaboration with national B2C team • Optimization of processes on local level • Education, consultancy and support on local level • Assistance with info sessions and OPS on local level

MoS: • # approved in OGX on local level • # realized in OGX on local level • # completed in OGX on local level

Preferred Skills / Experience: • Previous experience in OGX • Entity Partnership management • Good English is a must • Sales skills

KPIs: • # LCs visited • # trainings delivered • # offline campaigns • # info sessions

Accountable to: • MCVP B2C


Role: Talent management will support creation, implementation, tracking and development of the new TM processes for AIESEC in Bulgaria on national and local level in collaboration with MC VP LCD. Main responsibilities: • Collaboration with MCVP LCD • Optimization of processes on local level • Education, consultancy and support on local level • Support with membership development on local level

MoS: • # retention rate • # productivity

Preferred Skills / Experience: • Previous experience in TM • TM processes • Good English is a must • Facilitation skills

KPIs: • # LCs visited • # trainings delivered • # campaigns prepared • # inductions attended
