Social project with target group high school students in Bulgaria and goals to implement in their program workshops and trainings for soft and hard skills. Be part of various trainings that will raise their awareness about world issues. BiP is a 3 day interactive event, comprised of corporate presentations, business simulations and workshops, delivered by our partners – leading companies in their sector that show social responsibility. Target group is students and young graduates from the local universities. More than 150 member of AIESEC Bulgaria gathered to plan upcoming periods, projects, mission and vision of the organization, as well as to meet and participate in workshops and training with our partners. A Global internship program that provides an efficient solution in human resources by giving the opportunity to employ last year students or fresh graduates from 124 countries around the world for the duration from 3 to 18 months.

Project summary: BiP is a 3 day interactive event, comprised of corporate presentations, business simulations and workshops, delivered by our partners – leading companies in their sector that show social responsibility. Summary Looking for talents in Bulgarian universities? So we are! AIESEC organizes bi-annual recruitments in 15 Universities across Bulgaria to find the people that want to put their skills into practice or go and develop abroad in one of our programs. Through our virtual and physical networks we reach at least 10 000 students each edition. Campaigns are happening twice a year – October and March in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Blagoevgrad, Svishtov, Veliko Tarnovo and Ruse.
Objectives Students have the opportunity to join AIESEC and to put their skills into practice so that to develop their leadership potential Students get familiar with the activities and the core of the organization as well as with our stakeholders

Partnership proposal Leadership development program of AIESEC Bulgaria is a formed educational cycle for all the current members of the organization. AIESEC has over 64 years of experience in sourcing high quality, top talented students and recent graduates from over 124 countries, thereby offering costeffective HR solutions to our partners. Each year 12,000 students and recent graduates participate in the AIESEC Traineeship program, providing an added value to our partners and society.
1. Defining your needs

2. Pre-selection
of the talents made by AIESEC based on company`s requirements; 3. Selection of intern: A IESEC provides CVs of applicants, arranges an interview with each candidate. Final decision is yours.
4. Preparation:
we are arranging all logistic issues, legality documents, accommodation and the reception 5. Integration: we are responsible to make the intern feel comfortable in Bulgarian society 6. Evaluation: during the whole process we are seeking for your feedback and further recommendations
SERVICES OFFERED BY AIESEC: PROMOTION AIESEC ensures promotion and visibility of your company towards 55,000 students worldwide SELECTION AIESEC screens the candidates and provides your company with a fist shortlist in accordance with the job description and assists you in arranging the interviews VISA AIESEC handles the VISA application of the intern. Due to good relations with the Ministry, AIESEC interns do not need to have a work permit. PICK UP AND HOUSING AIESEC picks up the intern at the airport and helps him/her with housing and accommodation INTEGRATION AIESEC arranges the registration at the commune, opens a bank account, give the interns a city tour and involve them in cultural integration activities.
