Role The Finance manager will be responsible to ensure implementation of Accounting software and Financial standards in the local committees. Additonally to this the Finance manager will support the implementation of General Data Protection Regulation.

MoS and KPIs Measure’s of Success As the role of the Finance manager is to Implement the Finance standards and Wave accounting, his/her main MoS will be % of Finance standards implemented which is given to us by Global Finance Board each month and # of LCs that send regular reports from Wave. Addtionally to this will be the % implementation of GDPR policy.
Key Performing Indicatiors KPIs will be addtionally defined as the elected person should look in to the posible responsibilities from the JD and pick the activities that he/she wants to do and improve in.
