Youth Speak Forum
Description More than 100 members of AIESEC Bulgaria gathered to track and re-plan their progress on projects, as well as to meet our partners, see how they are working with AIESEC for the achievement of the “Sustainable Development Goals” in Bulgaria. The aim of the project is to: Mobilize all young people to achieve the “Sustainable Development Goals”. The project combining in itself 4 initiatives of AIESEC and the UN. Youth Speak Survey – survey addressed to the young people in order to collect their opinion and the issues that they are facing. Youth Speak Report – summarized report from the survey. Youth Speak Forum – one day event, giving awareness, engagement and action towards the SDGs. SDG projects – social initiatives with international volunteers taking action on Bulgaria’s society issues regarding the Sustainable Development Goals.

The aim of the project is to: Mobilize all young people to achieve the “Sustainable Development Goals”. The project combining in itself 4 initiatives of AIESEC and the UN. Youth Speak Survey – survey addressed to the young people in order to collect their opinion and the issues that they are facing. Youth Speak Report – summarized report from the survey. Business in Practice - 3 day interactive event, focused on Sustainable Development Goal #8 – “Decent work and economic growth” focused on solving the theme of students unemployment by lling the gap between university and the corporate world through interactive presentations, simulations and workshops delivered by our partners. SDG projects – social initiatives with international volunteers taking action on Bulgaria’s society issues regarding the Sustainable Development Goals.

A Global internship program that provides international talent accusation and leadership development. The program is an efcient solution in human resources by giving the opportunity to employ last year students or fresh graduates from 125 countries around the world for the duration from 3 to 18 months.

Youth for Global Goals is the biggest project organized in the AIESEC network, including many other organizations including the UN. The main objective of “Youth for Global Goals” is mobilizing young people to contribute for achieving the “Sustainable Development Goals” – the vison of UN until 2030. (https://sustainabledevelopment.un.org/sdgs) In order this to happen the projects Y4GG contains on itself 4 incentives
Youth Speak Survey Survey targeting young people from all over the world, which aims to activate young people to voice up their opinion about the world issues. The survey is open from October till March.
Youth Speak forum This is a forum, taking place in October 2016, which contains 3 spaces – awareness, engagement and action. - The awareness space is based on the Youth Speak Report and aims to give awareness about the SDGs and how to solve the main issues, included in the SDGs in Bulgaria. - The engagement space is where the delegates on the forum are already familiar with the current issues of the Bulgarian society and they start being engaged to them, searching for solution and support. Here AIESEC and it’s partners take place with interactive workshops for the people on the forum. - The action space is from all the knowledge that the delegates have from the day they take actions regarding the SDGs and the issues in Bulgaria and have the opportunity to build up their social projects in order to solve an issues in the society.
Youth Speak Insides Based on the survey for each country, a report is made regarding the answers in order to summarize the outcome of the survey.
SDG projects Social projects solving issues in the Bulgarian society regarding the Sustainable Development Goals. With international volunteers for 4 to 8 weeks, which take place in different cities in Bulgaria – Soa, Varna, Plovdiv, Veliko Turnovo, Blagoevgrad and Ruse.

Attendance in the breaks with an info stand, where the company/organization could present its opportunities. Total time 2 hours, separated regarding the agenda of the event. 3 hours workshop based on the SDGs with a group of delegates on a topic developed in collaboration with AIESEC. Opportunity for product / service presenting and pre scanning of the delegates for recruitment purposes. Business in Practice This is the biggest, 3 day business forum with more than 300 hundred participants, taking place in April 2017, In 2017 the forum will be done for 13th year. The event refers to SDG #8 – “Decent work and economic growth” and to be more concreate – youth unemployment. - The rst day of the forum is refuting to the students unemployment and is focused on giving awareness about how to deal with this issues. - The second day is delivered from our partners by company workshops which provide a framework for students to develop a bond with the

company by working hand in hand with its employees, witnessing the work culture and nding out about the career opportunities it offers. The last day is closing giving rewards to the teams which won in the company workshops and closing of the event.

Summary Looking for talents in Bulgarian universities? So we are! AIESEC organizes annual recruitments in all its local ofces across Bulgari in order to nd the people that want to put their skills into practice or go and develop abroad in one of our programs. Through our virtual and physical networks we reach at least 10 000 students each edition. Campaigns are happening twice a year – October and March in Soa, Plovdiv, Varna, Blagoevgrad, Veliko Tarnovo And Ruse
