2. To be eligible to compete, participants must complete a registration form. Registration is invalid if form is not signed. For events requiring a partner, both partners must complete registration forms. Participants are strongly encouraged to REGISTER EARLY to ensure your participation in the event of your choice. 3. Fee is $7.00 per event per person. No refunds for cancellations will be issued. All sales are final. T-shirts and awards ceremony tickets will ONLY be provided to participants in paid events. 4.
