DRYWORLD Brands (OTC: IBGR) Year-end Corporate Update
January 23rd, 2023 - DRYWORLD (OTC Pink: IBGR) is pleased to provide the following year-end corporate update:
The first 6 months of 2022 were focused on completing the plan that was laid out at the start of the year on the January 3rd, 2022 update. The results of which can be reviewed in our corporate update posted July 12th, 2022 DRYWORLD Bi-Annual Corporate Update.
Since the July 12th update, we have continued to execute on the plan we laid out at the beginning of the year by delivering: • CoreD Drop 2 featuring the pantone colour of the year Very Peri, see press release. • The D Amazon store in Canada and Mexico marketplaces. • D successfully hosted four merchandise event booths, with a category defining collection, on 3 different continents in London, Munich, Malibu, and Toulouse for the Super League Triathlon. Some of the highlights of the series were celebrity model and host Caitlin OConnor with a social media takeover for DRYWORLD during the Malibu event as well as press covering the London. See press release. • The execution of the licensing agreement between Playsports and DRYWORLD sees the brand expand into the MENA region with a strong eCommerce based partner with an extensive network in team sports in the region. This partnership is poised for growth in 2023. • Release of DRYWORLDs SignatureD flagship product DRYFEET • An effective RegA that will be instrumental in funding future growth, including the audit and up-listing of the stock. • The launch of our TeamD program with a state-of-the-art 3D Builder and innovative micro-store offering for customers of the program, see press release. • Super League Triathlon reported to DRYWORLD that they had 21.7 million cumulative global viewers for the Arena Games and 35.7 million cumulative global viewers for the Championship series in 2022. With 9,114 hours of global coverage providing 3,963,747 impressions for media value of 34,908,603 and sponsorship value of 9,382,358.

• We continue to respond to comments from FINRA in relation to poor record-keeping from prior management. We are working to satisfy all requests from FINRA and achieve the official name and ticker symbol change. • For the audit, and subsequent up-listing, the company will utilize funds raised from the RegA financing to invest in completing the tasks above.
D in China The brand has continued to move towards completion of the deal in China with the agreements drafted having been sent to the parties for comments. Further updates will be posted as they become available.
Over and Above 2022s Plan Ronaldinho by D A major development occurred in the second half of 2022. The development shifted the focus of company resources to capitalize on a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. The partnership with Ronaldinho has been in the works since 2016 and was finally realized, allowing the company to align with one of the greatest and most well-known athletes of all time. Managements decision to put initiatives from the January 3rd update slated for the second half of 2022 on hold to focus on the partnership with Ronaldinho has yielded positive results in conjunction with the Super League Triathlon partnership, with the brand having shipped orders to 36 countries (USA, Germany, Canada, UK, France, Norway, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Belgium, United Arab Emirates, Italy, Netherlands, China, Switzerland, Hungary, New Zealand, Poland, Malaysia, Bahrain, Japan, Jersey, Singapore, Ireland, Portugal Denmark, Colombia, Brazil, Russia, Finland, Israel, Australia, Luxembourg, Spain, Slovenia, and Austria). Taking the company global and laying a strong foundation for growth in 2023.
In addition to the above sales data, the eight promotional videos posted on Ronaldinhos Instagram have garnered 14.2 million views for the brand on Instagram, 772,800 likes on facebook, approximately 2 million views on twitter with thousands of comments and shares across the three platforms.

DRYWORLD Goes to Moes Another development that wasnt anticipated in the original plan from the Jan 3rd 2022 update was securing a retail partnership with a major US retailer, however that is exactly what the brand achieved in the partnership with Modells Sporting Goods, see press release.
Everybodys Talking About DRYWORLD In addition to the above the DRYWORLD collections were reviewed and reported on independently by different publications including Dasha's HauteD by DK collection received a great review for her Triple Cross Sports Bra. Trailblazer Girl also ranked the Triple Cross Sports Bra in her top 3 finds for 2022, Top 3 Finds of 2022. Another great HauteD shoutout from one of our customers on Pinterest, MyStyleSpot. Our CoreD shorts and t-shirt also received a great review, CoreD Review. CoreD was also featured in this 2022 Fathers Day Gift Guide and this 2022 Graduates Gift Guide. The brand was also featured on TV in Houston on CW39 and in L.A on KTLA 5, putting the brand in front of an online readership of over 9 million with a national television reach of 8.27 million.
Of course, Ronaldinhos My Global Collection being a first-of-its-kind, was going to get people talking. 2023 Projection
2023 is scheduled to be a busy year for DRYWORLD, with the following initiatives that were put on pause in 2022 due to the Ronaldinho deal, to be slated for release including: • D Ambassador program • CoreD Drop 3 Featuring Viva Magenta and Olive Green • SLT Merch Drop 2 • SignatureD AA in Collaboration with Ospreys • HauteD For Men and Women • CoreD Elite Drop 1 • SignatureD Luxsauna and Thermalite series • SignatureD Athletic Footwear
In addition to the above, the company will continue to build out a robust collection with Ronaldinho and has other projects with the legendary athlete in development, to be announced as they come to fruition. The company continues to be a part of active negotiations with: • Elite athletes and teams for partnerships • Potential licensors for exclusive licensing of the brand in different regions • Retail partners for existing and future collections
