Upload a presentation :: Upload a new file to work on from your computer New copy of presentation :: Creates a duplicate copy of the current presentation. Change theme/background :: Allows you to change the theme of the presentation or choose another

Allows you to insert text boxes, images, videos, and shapes.

Shows other collaborators currently working on the speadsheet, toggles chat on/off. Different colored cells indicate work currently being done by other collaborators.

Revision history :: Allows the author to revert the document back to a previous version. Import :: Upload a new file to work on from your computer Upload a new version :: Upload another spreadsheet to replace data in the current Google spreadsheet. Print :: Google Docs print out as PDF files.
Edit
Find and replace :: Allows you to search for words within your spreadsheet and replace them. Search the web :: Does a web search for content in the selected cell/s.
Insert
Comment :: Add non-printing comments and notes within the spreadsheet. Gadget :: A small program that interacts with the content of a spreadsheet that adds specific features.
Tools
Sort :: Allows you to sort information in selected cells by alpha. Freeze rows/columns :: Rows and columns become static allowing you to see data categories as you cycle through the spreadsheet.

Create a form :: Creates a form using information from the current spreadsheet document.

Find and replace :: Allows you to search for words within your document and replace them. Document styles :: Sets several formatting preferences for the document such as font, line spacing, background color, and enables you to use these for ALL document file types. Edit HTML/CSS :: Allows you to add or manipulate HTML/CSS coding.
Insert
Comment :: Add non-printing comments and notes within the document. Bookmark :: Place holders that mark certain points within the document that you can jump to.
Format
Clear formatting :: Clears text formatting from selected text. Block quote :: Gives you an easy way to insert quotes that stand out.
Table
Insert table :: Create a small spreadsheet within the document.
Tools
Check spelling :: Spell checker. Word count :: Counts the number of words, paragrahs, characters, and gives other document statistics. Look up word :: Gives the definition or synonym of a selected word. Search web for word :: Does a web search for the selected word. Revision history :: Also shows when revisions were made and gives examples of what was changed.
Share
Invite others to view or collaborate on the document, email it as an attachment, view or publish it as a webpage.

Pull Down Menu Items Add a new question to your form. Choose from six different question types: Text :: Short text answers are entered in a small text field. Paragraph Text :: For answers that require longer responses, a larger text box is provided. Multiple Choice :: Allows the responder to choose between several options to determine an answer. Checkboxes :: For questions that may have more than one answer, responders are able to check off any number of boxes. Choose from a list :: Provide a set of answers that the responder must choose from in the form of a pulldown list selecting only one answer. Scale (1-n) :: Can be used to answer a question in varying degrees (ex: great-->ok-->bad).
Send this form to responders to fill out via email. Answer within their email. Shows all current responses to form questions. Gives you embed code to place this form on a blog or website as well as allows you to edit the confirmation message responders see when they submit the form. Edit :: Duplicate :: Delete questions
