Pickleball is coming to Holston Hills. Connie DeNicola a Level 1 Certifies Pickleball Instructor with the IPTPA will be with us to help us kick -off Pickleball here at the club.

She will go over basics and be there to guide us as we play. Paddles and balls will do supplied. Come ready to learn and have FUN! See you on the hard courts.

BIGGEST LOSER CHALLENGE Join Performance Training Inc and Holston Hills Country Club in a weight loss challenge. The Biggest Loser Challenge is a 6-week weight loss program where HHCC Members are competing against their peers to lose the most weight. During the 6 weeks PTI provides weekly weigh in’s for tracking progress, a reserved class time for participants to help teach exercise for weight loss, and a special Lunch & Learn sessions with PTI’s nutrition coach for guidance on diet. The winner is determined by who loses the most body weight in comparison to where they started.

COST FOR GROUP FITNESS CLASSES 5 classes: $70 I 10 classes: $120 *Valid for 60 days and can be shared member of the immediate family if desired. UNLIMITED classes for $100 monthly! NOTE: Call to start a group of your own at times that best suit your schedule.

Families in Motion is a fun, boot camp-style group exercise class ideal for the whole family and of all types and abilities - at the same time! It emphasizes that exercise should be play and play can be exercise. Participants are moving constantly from one activity to the next, going through a cycle of healthy warm-ups, cardio, strength and flexibility activities.
