FITNESS ON DEMAND

McConnell Golf is excited to offer a brand new fitness program to 11 of our clubs called Fitness on Demand. Fitness on Demand will offer 400 fitness videos our members will be able to have access to from their personal device. From Zumba to Pilates there is something for everyone. Keep an eye out for more information coming soon!

HHCC SWIM LESSONS

SWIM LESSON - CLASSIFICATIONS:

Sea Horse

For children who cannot swim at all. This class emphasizes water orientation, basic water safety and developing a comfort level with the water in preparation for beginning to swim.

For children who are comfortable in the water, can float with some assistance, and are ready to learn the basic skills for moving forward in the water. They can swim at least 3 feet with assistance.

For children who can swim 10 feet without assistance. Students learn to recover for a breath while swimming, to float without support and recover to a vertical position. This level marks the beginning of extending the distance that a child is able swim.

Maximum of 5 students per instructor. Minimum of 3 students enrolled for session to be held. Each session consists of eight (8) 30-minute classes. Classes will meet Monday through Thursday for two weeks each session. Class times may vary per location:

GROUP CLASSES

($120 Per Child):

Session 1 – June 7 thru June 18 Session 2 – June 21 thru July 2 Session 3 – July 5 thru July 16 Session 4 – July 19 thru July 30

PRIVATE CLASSES

($150 Per Child):

-on-one instruction. Each session consists of five (5) 30-minute classes. Sessions do not necessarily have to fit into the standard group session dates. Class times are flexible and to be decided based on the student needs and instructor availability.
