Dear Raleigh Country Club Members,

By the time you read this, I sincerely hope that two things have quieted down – COVID and the RAIN! As we transition into spring, please continue to be diligent in repairing ball marks on our new greens, refilling the divots you take from the fairway with sand, and raking all bunkers upon exit. We continue to ask that Members and their invited Guests utilize the bag drop, change shoes inside the locker rooms, and adhere to the RCC dress code while on the golf course and using our practice facilities. Athletic wear – which includes jogging pants and hoodies – along with jeans, are prohibited while playing and practicing at the Club. Please remember to tuck in shirttails and wear all hats facing forward.

The warmer months also mean that more of our Members will be visiting our sister properties. Please continue to monitor yourself and any Guests for symptoms of COVID while traveling. As a reminder, outside alcohol may not be consumed on any of our properties and must be purchased from the visiting Club.

For our Members playing other McConnell Golf Owned Properties: Full Golf Members are allowed 12 visits to our sister owned Clubs (excluding Wakefield and Treyburn) with no more than six (6) plays at any one property during the calendar year per Membership for cart fee only. Any MCG Member play over this maximum, unless allowed by Membership Classification, will pay the appropriate daily Accompanied Guest Fee in place at the property visited. All tee times outside of RCC are to be arranged by the RCC golf professional staff.

As a reminder with regard to our McConnell Golf Guest policy: For Members who are bringing Guest(s) to Raleigh Country Club or any other McConnell Golf Property, each same Guest s is allowed ten (10

combined across ALL MCG owned properties, with no more than six 6 plays at any one property during the calendar year. Tournament play does not

count toward guest round limit.

For our RCC Social Members: Social members are allowed to play RCC six (6) times during the calendar year with practice facility access only on the day the member is scheduled to play. Any play at other MCG sister owned properties will require the Social member be accompanied by a golfing member and count toward this six (6) guest play maximum per the MCG Guest policy Raleigh Country Club Practice Facility: Raleigh Country Club Full Golf Members have unlimited access to the practice facilities during operational hours. All Guests, including RCC Extended Family Guests, may only use these facilities when accompanied by a Member on the day of play. Social Members may only use these facilities on the day of play. Any other accommodations must be approved by the Raleigh Country Club Golf Professional Staff. We look forward to the drier and safer months ahead and if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact any one of your RCC Golf Professionals. Stay safe! Paul Dickens, Director of Golf
