The 2020 ACC Women's Golf Championship will be played at The Reserve Golf Club, April 23,24,25,26. We are fortunate to be hosting this prestigious event again, that will feature some of the highest ranked collegiate teams in the country as well as future LPGA stars.
There are still several Volunteer opportunities for you to register., and we want the Reserve Members to have first priority. At the end of the week we are going to open volunteer spots to the general public. Spots will be limited once we open up so make sure to sign up by this Friday, March 6.
All Volunteers will receive a Volunteer shirt and box lunch and should arrive at Volunteer Check-In 20 minutes prior to their tee time or shift time. Volunteer Check-in will be in a Modular Unit on the lawn between the clubhouse and the 10th tee. The Grille Room will be reserved for Players and Coaches during the event.
Scoring Volunteer Training Session There will be a training session for all the Scoring Volunteers on Wednesday, April 22 in The Reserve Grille Room at 6:00pm. Training will focus on using the ACC IPads. Volunteer shirts can be picked up at this time. Shirts will also be available in the Golf shop on Tuesday, April 21.

If you are interested in volunteering please call the Golf Shop to register, and provide the following information: Name, email, cell number, shirt size, Volunteer Position and days/and or shifts available.
Please register as soon as you can, as we will be giving the ACC sign-up updates every two weeks starting the end of February. We would like to fill Volunteer positions with our own Reserve members before seeking Volunteers outside our Club.
Volunteer Positions 20 scorers each round (2 rounds Thursday and possibly more if you pair up). 10 scorers on Saturday and 5 on Sunday
A Scoring Volunteer will have a cart, iPad, a Standard attached to the cart and be responsible for entering that groups score on an IPad after each hole and keep the standard updated.
The Standard is a board attached to back of your cart with last names of players in your group. You will have apron with numbers to update the score of your players after each hole.
