A Note From Your Director Of Tennis

With the conclusion of the pollen season and the arrival of ideal weather, the tennis program has experienced an exceptional surge this spring. A new 10 & under tennis team has been added, along with another successful Try-Tennis event, resulting in the highest level of tennis participation in the 5 years of my tenure at Sedgefield Country Club. We now offer Lulu Lemon merchandise at the Tennis Shop, including items for tennis and fitness enthusiasts Don't hesitate to drop by and check it out!

Members are welcome to bring guests, all guests MUST be accompanied by a member and listed in the note section of the reservation or be checked in at the tennis shop If you need help reserving a court we can help

With summer fast approaching, don't forget to enroll your children in our summer tennis camps! This year, we're offering two weeks of camp where campers can engage in tennis, pool time, and other enjoyable activities every day. You don't want to miss out on the fun!

A Note From Your Director Of Fitness

As we emerge from what seemed like a chilly and very rainy spring season, I am reminded of how a little sunshine, warmer temperatures and fresh air can transform our mood and energy. Spending time outside playing golf, tennis, gardening or simply taking a walk has been linked to improved sleep, emotional wellness and mental energy As we enjoy the warmer weather and fresh air, plan to join us for some outdoor classes and events including Aquatic classes, 5K Walk/Run and a special Sunset Yoga class

It's time to get outdors!

Aquatic exercise is a popular form of low-impact exercise that can be used as both a mode of exercise and a mode of recovery Aquatic exercise takes the pressure off bones and joints while the water provides resistance, which can help build endurance and strengthen muscles as well as improve cardiovascular fitness
