MCCS

MCCS offers a variety of challenging, career-building opportunities with a priority of hiring qualified family members of active-duty military and civilian employees stationed in foreign areas. Jobs are available in the fields of entertainment, food & hospitality, retail, athletics, aquatics, accounting, marketing, behavioral health, family care, logistics, human resources, personal & professional development, information technology and much more. Prospective employees can check current vacancies and submit applications online at careers. usmc-mccs.org. Applicants without an internet connection can visit their nearest military library to apply online or visit the MCCS NAF Human Resources Office (HRO) located on the second floor of Bldg. 5966 on Camp Foster to use their kiosk. Candidates can also obtain more information by visiting the MCCS Jobs page at mccsokinawa. com/jobs. For regular full-time and part-time employees, MCCS offers a comprehensive benefits package. Aetna International Medical and Dental Insurance—convenient and accessible medical care through military and local treatment facilities for employees and families—is also available in addition to a life insurance policy that offers affordable coverage to employees and family members up to three times their annual salary. MCCS employees also receive short-term disability insurance—up to 60 percent of salary for three months while qualified short-term disabilities take them out of work.
