The Substance Abuse Counseling Center provides screening, assessment, prevention, early intervention, and counseling services. We have counselors located at Camp Foster Bldg. 440, Camp Hansen Bldg. 2631 and provide services at Camp Schwab Bldg. 3429, by appointment. The Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) is a mandatory program designed to coordinate Permanent Change of Station (PCS) assignments for active duty sponsors to ensure availability and accessibility of necessary services for exceptional family members.
