This workshop is designed to promote deployment success for kids, including reactions to deployment, ways to help, and sources of help This workshop is also a great place for children to meet and interact with other children whose parents are deployed. The main objective is to have FUN!

Deployment briefs offer participants wide variety of information to help them prepare for a deployment. Topics include, important documents, such as Family Care Plan, Wills, POAs; spending plan, mental health resources, communication expectations, role management of family members, and how MCCS and non-MCCS organizations can help them build resiliency through this life event.

L.I.N.K.S. is a military acculturation program designed by spouses to help meet the needs of all military personnel, families, and DOD ID card holders.
L.I.N.K.S Foundation
The L.I.N.K.S. Foundations workshop is designed for spouses of any age and experience level. Come meet other spouses, network and share experiences at this two– half day workshop.

L.I.N.K.S for Japanese Spouses
Camp Kinser Education Center Bldg. 1220 Room 105
The L.I.N.K.S. for Japanese Spouses workshop provides information about the Marine Corps in a format intended to address the practical and cultural questions specific to Japanese spouses. Attendance is encouraged for Japanese fiancées, and new and experienced spouses. This class is conducted in both English and Japanese.
