Anger Management Class

A four-session psychoeducational class aimed at identifying triggers and learning effective coping behaviors to reduce levels of anger and resolve conflicts.

Stress Management Brief

This one-hour interactive brief educates participants about stress and the effects stress has on the body/ We also focus on practical and healthy ways to manage daily stressors to improve quality of life. This brief can be facilitated for units, training seminars, MCCS entities, or any SOFA status personnel.

Behavioral Health Overview Brief

This 30 minute brief gives an overview of MCCS Behavioral Health. We explain the three different branches of Behavioral Health: Community Counseling Program, Family Advocacy Program, and Substance Abuse Counseling Center, and what each branch offers. We explain where to seek out certain services and where to start the screening process if you need behavioral health assistance. This brief can be offered to any units, newcomer orientations, and any organization seeking a deeper understanding of behavioral health and what we offer. Facilitated by request- Please email
