Loyola’s new production of The Grand Duchess of Gerolstein will be the first local revival since it was performed at the French Opera House in New Orleans in the 19th century. Join the Duchess, General Boum, the lovers Fritz and Wanda, and a lively chorus of peasants and soldiers for an evening of stirring and tuneful music, including the rousing “Saber Song.” Roussel Performance Hall in the Communications/Music Complex $40 preferred seating | $25 reserved seating Free parking is available in the West Road Garage located on West Road and accessible from St. Charles Avenue.
