As the Listing Coordinator for the Jillian Keck Hogan Group, Jenna is one of the “masterminds behind the scenes”. She leads the process of preparing your home for the market by coordinating with contractors, photographers, stagers and anyone else we need to make your home look its best. Jenna also heads the marketing aspect of your listing process, both by mail and social media, in order to best broadcast and showcase your listing to the entire Jillian Keck Hogan Group sphere. She is always available to assist our sellers with whatever questions or needs they may have.

A native Virginian, Jenna grew up in the Alexandria area, playing along the Old Town Waterfront and visiting the Torpedo Factory (she was disappointed to find out that there were no actual torpedoes there.) Growing up alongside the McEnearney enterprise, Jenna is excited to be working within her community as the Listing Coordinator for the Jillian Keck Hogan Real Estate Group. Jenna’s prior experience working in the non-profit sector at Big Brothers Big Sisters has equipped her with the values of hard work and collaboration, both of which flow seamlessly into the mission of McEnearney.

Away from her desk, Jenna enjoys her new hobby of roller skating, exploring the outdoors, and hanging out with her 2 cats, Wilson and Mia. She volunteers on the weekends and plays in a club Ultimate Frisbee team based in Washington, DC.

Kelly Menichini is the Transaction Manager for the Jillian Keck Hogan Group. Kelly is the one who will be handling your contracts and helping get your transactions to the closing table. She works as a liaison working with your agent, lender, title company, and buyer’s agent, to keep all members of the transaction on track. Kelly is the team member that works to ensure everything is moving smoothly at all stages and is here to guide you and provide updates every step of the way.

Originally from New Jersey, Kelly Menichini moved to Alexandria in 2018 and instantly fell in love with the beautiful landscapes of Virginia. Kelly loves working within the McEnearney community as the Transaction Manager for the Jillian Keck Hogan Group. With a job history in management, Kelly knows what it takes to bring people together in order to accomplish a unified goal. We are still seeing great activity online with many interested buyers searching for homes. In addition, McEnearney Associates has an incredibly robust property marketing campaign to get as many potential buyers interested in your home. All property marketing, including digital retargeting, advertising, direct mail, brochures, social media, and email campaigns will continue with slight adjustments.

By Appointment Only & Virtual Tours

Currently, we are observing that serious buyers would like to tour a home in-person. Depending on your comfort level, we will make recommendations on whether to proceed with by-appointment home tours. In some areas, in-person showings are not currently permitted by government policy, and that could change daily! McEnearney has implemented company-wide policies and procedures to create as safe an experience as possible when an agent enters your home with clients. Parties are asked to sign a COVID-19 disclosure document and to follow specific protocols.

It has become easier than ever to virtually tour a home without ever leaving the safety and comfort of your home. A virtual tour allows buyers to see a home in more depth beyond photography. Our associates are trained marketing experts that have developed custom virtual tours by leveraging innovative technology. Our Associates can create a real-time interactive video or professional video and strategically amplify the video through mass distribution - to effectively gain maximum exposure on your home.

The Effects of Overpricing

This graphic shows the percentage of buyers that will see your home based on whether your home is priced at fair market value, below market value or over market value. As you can see, if you price your home at fair market value, 95% of qualified buyers will see it. However, if you price it just 10% over market

value, only 30% of the qualified buyers will see it. That means that 70% of the buyers who are qualified in terms of criteria and price range will not see your home.
