Wireframes detailing the creative and editorial workflow processes for DailyCandy website (e-newsletter, mobile app, social media platforms) and spinoff sites, DailyCandy Kids and DailyCandy Deals. Five different processes were identified. Tasks were broken into five categories: Communication, Sharing, Production, Research and Metadata. Work processes can be very complicated, so visual representation of how the tasks should be completed were developed to help the employees better understand the process and to work more efficiently. • Understand responsibilities • Understand role of other employees • Analyze the entire process and define problem areas and bottlenecks (e-mail, transferring files, storing files, applyng metadata) • Identify critical stages • Improve communication as diagram shows relationships between different stages in a process • Explore the complete list of required documents and resources
