for everyone of us who makes a living from and who lives for food. We are all looking for new
inspiration for our profession, and thus we are
paying homage to what is special, what is genuine,
what is simple, what is sumptuous, what is unique, what
is wild and what is innovative by staging six competitions during
the fair where only the best food and the best chefs meet the grade. So, regardless of your involvement with food, you will find lots of enthusiasm and inspiration for exhibitors and visitors alike.
What do visitors wish to have a foretaste of? NEWs, NEWs, NEWs … The responses were pretty unequivocal when we asked visitors why they came to FOODEXPO. First and foremost, they want to see and experience everything that is new. See it yourself in the table below. And there’s no shortage of news and inspiration.
