The identity comprises a very simple kit of parts which used together carefully with the correct relationships that will form the distinctive visual expression of the Eva Air brand. Every detail of the Eva Air brand identity has been created to ensure that it is expressive of the brand and its values. The refreshed identity is designed to meet the future challenges of the competitive airline business and to connect naturally with the audience. The EVA AIR Brand
1.2_Refreshed Corporate Identity
Since 1989-2019: The name “EVA” was taken from two letters of “Evergreen” and the first letter of “Airways.” The airline used the logo of its parent company, using green with orange trim. The Eva Air Logo comprises two elements, the logo symbol and logo type. New Logo Identity: The Logo Type has been carefully chosen for its modern and yet refined, highly legible style, which has been further enhanced by the use of upper case letters. The typeface is Univers 75 Black Oblique. Chinese characters also plays a important role in brand identity. 2.1_Overview
We’ve created building blocks for communicating Eva Air’s Brand Identity in a unified visual system we call the Brand Palette. Comprised of core elements including logo, color, type, and icons, as well as extended expressions including treatments, gradients, graphics, and textures, this wide range of tools is designed to be flexible and expandable — so you can use your creativity to innovate across all media. To effectively define the Eva Air brand experience, these core elements must be aligned across every touchpoint, from consumer to shareholder, from partner to employee. SECTION OVERVIEW The following sections provide creative guidance on how to use the brand palette. With a shared design sensibility we can use each element to elevate the Eva Air Brand in a way that is distinctive and at once immediately recognizable as Eva Air.

It is important to keep corporate marks clear of any other graphic elements. To regulate this, an exclusion zone has been established around the corporate mark.
