• Companies that need restructuring/ reorganization to attract investments or improve their bottom line. • Companies that are financially sound, have a proven business model and their balance sheets are over leveraged. • Financially sound companies that are under capitalized and unable to attract expansion capital. • Greenfields with passionate founders and have clearly-defined and achievable route to market.
