Maple Old-Fashioned >

2 ounces Killington Distillery Maple Cask Bourbon

3 dashes bitters orange twist, luxardo cherry for garnish

Place one large cube of ice in glass, add 3 dashes of bitters on ice, and pour Maple Bourbon over ice. Add luxardo cherry, cut orange peel and twist over drink.

1 ounce Woodland Gin

½ ounce Cointreau

½ ounce Green Chartreuse

½ ounce lime splash of soda

Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker, except the soda, and shake vigorously with ice. Pour into a glass with ice and top with a splash of soda. Garnish with a lime wedge.

1½ ounces Killington Distillery Vodka

½ ounce Vermont Maple Syrup

1 ounce lime juice ginger beer

3 dashes of bitters

Fill glass with ice, add Killington Distillery Vodka, maple syrup, bitters and lime juice. Stir until combined. Top with ginger beer.

2 ounces Woodland Gin

1 ounce allspice dram

3 dashes of bitters

1 whole fresh-squeezed orange orange twist for garnish

Add Woodland Gin, allspice dram and orange juice to a shaker, shake for 40 seconds, strain and top with a twist of orange.

1 ounce Killington Distillery Maple Cask Bourbon

1 ounce Baileys

Dash of cayenne pepper

Coffee to taste

Whipped cream

Cinnamon stick, dried chili pepper for garnish

Combine Maple Bourbon, Baileys with a dash of cayenne pepper and coffee. Stir and top with whipped cream. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and dried chili pepper.
