EVOLUTION U LOCK
High security U Lock
Positioned amongst Kryptonite’s highest rated locks, the Evolution U Lock features a 14mm max performance steel shackle with small crossbar, housing a higher security disc cylinder. Its anti-rotation design helps fight against twist and cut attacks, making it exceptionally difficult for leverage and torque attacks. Being 14mm hardened steel, the shackle resists cutting and leverage attacks.
For additional peace of mind, its dual reinforced high security disc style cylinder is drill resistant and requires a specific key to open the lock, increasing the difficulty of picking. This lock comes with three keys, made of stainless steel, and are cut to suit each lock. One key has an integrated light. If you register your lock and keys with Kryptonite, they can provide a replacement for you with their Key Safe program.
Kryptonite has awarded this lock an 8/10 security rating, positioning it as the high security U Lock within the Kryptonite U lock range.
Available in standard and LS, which is 5cm longer, you can pair with another U Lock to secure your bike to an anchor, or use a Kryptonite chain or cable for extra security and reach.
