Combine that with his knowledge in branding and effective communications and you have a powerful resource.

{AT YOUR SERVICE} ERIC PEZIK, Creative Director Eric has a keen eye for design, both in print and multimedia, and has achieved the level of Creative Director by working his way through the trenches of ad agencies to in-house marketing firms throughout the GTA. As a Creative Director, he has more than a decade of experience developing marketing campaigns for many hi-end brands. An expert in concept and strategy development for mid- to large-size advertising campaigns, he has a proven ability to motivate, inspire and deliver superb creative work under tight deadlines. Design is what he eats, sleeps and breathes. Eric cannot even walk down the street without looking at a logo, or critiquing a piece of literature from a local coffee shop. Design is what inspires us all, it’s in our being to be creative; Eric just took it a little further and made it his life.

{AT YOUR SERVICE} ROY TIMM, Photographer & CAROLE BOZZATO TIMM Photographer + Photostylst Roy has been shooting commercial and editorial assignments in Niagara, Hamilton and Toronto regions since 1979. Panning for Gold, California The simplest technique to extract gold from placer ore is panning. In panning, some mined ore is placed in a large metal pan, combined with a generous amount of water, and agitated so that the gold particles, being of higher density than the other material, settle to the bottom of the pan. The lighter material such as sand, mud and gravel are then washed over the side of the pan, leaving the gold behind.
