A.B.E.’s brewhouses are custom-built to fit each brewer’s individual needs. Our staff works with you on everything from defining your optimal brewery layout, to designing the setup and size of your brewhouse and tanks. Custom-piping? No Problem. Low ceiling or cramped quarters? There’s a design for that too. Most importantly, every brewhouse is built with 304 Stainless Steel and uses American-supplied SEW motors, so they are as durable and hard-working as you are. Further, every brewhouse goes through a comprehensive quality control inspection before it leaves our Lincoln, Nebraska facility, where everything, including the inside of the piping, is inspected.

03 YELLOW JACKET DEPALLETIZER
Want to speed up canning production while reducing man hours? A.B.E.’s Yellow Jacket™ Depalletizer is the answer. The Yellow Jacket™ can hold an entire pallet of cans and automatically feed them onto the main transfer conveyor leading them to a custom designed twist-rinse to remove any foreign particles that may exist inside each can. Once thoroughly rinsed, cans are uniformly presented to the canning line’s operations conveyor. Another key innovation is the automatic slip-sheet recovery-rack. This unique design removes the sheets between each layer of cans, and stores them on the side of the depalletizer. The Yellow Jacket™ is both rugged and durable. Made of 304 Stainless Steel and MIL-8625 Anodized Military Grade Aluminum, this workhorse is built to offer years of reliable service.

A.B.E. series of canning solutions can help your brewery meet its distribution quotas. There are three lines, each with a different speed, to meet whatever production level you require. Additionally, our new Servo Seamer™ technology allows for quicker, tighter seams, which means more consistency in your product.
05 COFFEE BREWING EQUIPMENT From start to finish, A.B.E. has everything needed to produce and package coffee beverages. The process starts with A.B.E.’s ruggedly constructed, 304 Stainless Steel CoffeeHouse. The manual system offers maximum control over the coffee-brewing process and is easy to operate. A.B.E. also offers several “cellar” tanks, such as the Hot and Cold Liquor Tanks to help process your product. Finally, A.B.E. has a wide variety of canning, bottling and packaging options. Faster is better. You have bottles to fill and cases to distribute, the GlassPak66™ can make it happen. A.B.E.’s high-speed rotary bottling line can rinse, fill and cap 66 bottles per minute, or roughly 4,000 per hour. Designed by our engineers here in Lincoln, Nebraska, the GlassPak66™ is relatively compact for the speed it provides but is big on what it delivers.
07 KEG COMMANDER
Dirty kegs? Clean them up with A.B.E.’s Keg Commander! The dual-head system can clean and purge up to 30 kegs per hour. It is compatible with most standard couplings (U, S & D), and it’s unique mounting system allows different-sized kegs to be cleaned at the same time. You can control the cleaning process with the HMI touch screen interface, increasing or decreasing the length of each of the 16 steps in the cleaning cycle. This durable machine is made of 304 Stainless Steel, including the piping, and has two separate liquid tanks to ensure a thorough reserve for the cleaning process.

The Yeast-Booster is a compact, mobile machine for optimal rehydration, vitalization and propagation of yeast cells. The booster controls the temperature, nutrition and oxygenation content to ensure optimal growth of your yeast cultures before adding it to the wort.
