Our pricing is transparent and available on our website so there are no hidden surprises come settlement day.

We also offer written contract reviews to save you taking time off work to meet with a lawyer. Our reviews start at $55 and will provide a summary of the contract, advise on special conditions that should be added, amended or removed entirely, highlight the zoning, owners corporation fees, any issues we can see and other general advice. Obtaining advice before you sign a contract is invaluable. Our turnaround time for these reviews is only 24 hours!

If we don’t have you yet, you can also engage us for your Estate Planning needs. We offer discounted pricing on our Wills and Estate Packages within 3 months of your sale or purchase. We have a lawyer physically in the Cobram office once a fortnight and weekend appointments are also available at no extra cost. We are very active on Zoom and many of our Wills conferences are conducted this way. If the covid-19 pandemic taught us anything it is that distance is no object.
