Decotruss DECOTRUSS DECOTRUSS is a 3-point truss system made of steel. The individual elements are connected via three M8 bolts and nuts. The advantage of the bolt connection system is that these bolts and nuts are easily available in case of loosing fasteners. The three main chords are made of 15 mm steel tube with 1.5 mm wall thickness and can only be used for decorative purposes. With its minimal outer dimensions of 150 mm, DECOTRUSS is ideal for creating individual design-elements in decorative areas of private homes, fair booths, shops, discotheques and theatres. This truss system is a mere decoration system convincing by its compact dimensions, low storage requirements and easy transportation. • • • •

BISYSTEM PBT is a 2-point truss system made of aluminium. The individual elements are connected via two tube fasteners and two M8 bolts and nuts. The two main chords offer a good relation between strength and weight. The braces leave enought space for installing couplers, hooks and clamps. With 238 mm outer dimensions, BISYSTEM PBT is a relatively compact truss system for higher loads. BISYSTEM PBT is mainly designed for permanent installations in shops, discotheques and theatres. By using the optional rapid snap connectors, this system can also be used for fair installations and event installations. Altogether a universal truss system impressing with its wide range of standard system lengths, corners and accessory. All elements of this truss system comply with the high standards for building material required by German legislation (“Ubereinstimmungsverordnung”). Fulfilling these standards is documented via the U-mark on every ALUTRUSS element. The documentation of this truss system is closely related to the Codes of Practice SR 1.0 – Provision and Use of Truss Systems published by the VPLT/PLASA. The required load tables and the engineering drawings can be downloaded from the Internet before buying the product! The production of this truss system is TUV-monitored. This standard is documented via the TUV-mark on every BISYSTEM straight. Please note: this truss system must never be combined with other systems!

DECOLOCK DQ3 DECOLOCK DQ3 is a 3-point truss system made of aluminium. The individual elements are connected via three cones, pivots and pins. The advantage of the conical connection system is that the cones completely fit into the main chords so that highest load capacity is guaranteed. The QuickLock system enables fast, efficient and highly aesthetic assembly when the truss constructions are frequently assembled and dismantled. The three main chords are made of 35 mm aluminium tube with 2 mm wall thickness and offer sufficient strength at a low weight. The braces have a diameter of 10 mm with 2 mm wall thickness and provide the system with a decorative appearance. With DECOLOCK, you can realize compact installations with low self weight, e. g. for shop displays, shop decorations, exhibitions, interior design, fair booths, discotheques and theatres. DECOLOCK is primarily designed for decorative installations and can be used for permanent or temporary installations due to its highly aestethic appearance. The advantages of this system are the compact construction with 220 and 195 mm outer dimensions, low weight, optimum strength along with easy and quick assembly. The documentation of this truss system is closely related to the Codes of Practice SR 1.0 - Provision and Use of Truss Systems published by the VPLT/PLASA.

TRILOCK 6082 TRILOCK 6082 is a 3-point truss system made of aluminium. The individual elements are connected via three cones, pivots and pins. TRILOCK 6082 is made of EN-AW 6082 T6 (AlMgSi1,0 T6) alloy for even higher loads. The advantage of the conical connection system is that the cones completely fit into the main chords so that highest load capacity is guaranteed. The Quick-Lock system enables fast, efficient and highly aesthetic assembly when the truss constructions are frequently assembled and dismantled. The three main chords are made of 50 mm aluminium tube with 2 mm wall thickness and offer a good relation between strength and weight. The braces have a diameter of 16 mm with 2 mm wall thickness and leave enought space for installing couplers, hooks and clamps. With 290 and 257 mm outer dimensions, TRILOCK QTTR is a stable truss system for higher loads and extended durability. This system is mainly designed for intense use in stage installations, fair installations, event installations but also for permanent installations in discotheques and theatres.

TRILOCK E-GL33 TRILOCK E-GL33 is a 3-point truss system made of aluminum. The individual elements are connected via three cones, pivots and pins. TRILOCK E-GL33 is made of EN-AW 6082 T6 (AlMgSi1 T6) alloy for high loads. The advantage of the conical connection system is that the cones completely fit into the main chords so that highest load capacity is guaranteed. The Quick-Lock system enables fast, efficient and highly aesthetic assembly when the truss constructions are frequently assembled and dismantled.

The three main chords are made of 50 mm aluminum tube with 2 mm wall thickness and offer a good relation between strength and weight. The braces have a diameter of 20 mm with 2 mm wall thickness and provide stability for this truss system. With 290 and 257 mm outer dimensions, TRILOCK E-GL33 is a stable truss system for higher loads and extended durability. This system is mainly designed for intense use in stage installations, fair installations, event installations but also for permanent installations in discotheques and theatres. Its polished surface makes this universal system a real eyecatcher. Due to its wide range of standard system lengths, corners, circles and accessories, this system is highly versatile and offers unlimited design possibilities. The production of this truss system is TUV-monitored. The TUV-logo, the load tables and the engineering drawings can be downloaded from the Internet before buying the product! ALUTRUSS elements are made in Europe and welded by specially trained welders certified by the German SLV association.

TRISYSTEM PST TRISYSTEM PST is a 3-point truss system made of aluminium. The individual elements are connected via three tube fasteners and two M8 bolts and nuts. The three main chords are made of 50 mm aluminium tube with 2 mm wall thickness and offer a good relation between strength and weight. The braces have a diameter of 16 mm with 2 mm wall thickness and leave enought space for installing couplers, hooks and clamps. With 263 and 238 mm outer dimensions, TRISYSTEM PST is a relatively compact truss system for higher loads. TRISYSTEM PST is mainly designed for permanent installations in shops, discotheques and theatres. By using the optional rapid snap connectors, this system can also be used for fair installations and event installations. Altogether a universal truss system impressing with its wide range of standard system lengths, corners and accessory.

DECOLOCK DQ4 DECOLOCK DQ4 is a 4-point truss system made of aluminium. The individual elements are connected via four cones, pivots and pins. The advantage of the conical connection system is that the cones completely fit into the main chords so that highest load capacity is guaranteed. The QuickLock system enables fast, efficient and highly aesthetic assembly when the truss constructions are frequently assembled and dismantled. The four main chords are made of 35 mm aluminium tube with 2 mm wall thickness and offer sufficient strength at a low weight. The braces have a diameter of 10 mm with 2 mm wall thickness and provide the system with a decorative appearance. With DECOLOCK, you can realize compact installations with low self weight, e. g. for shop displays, shop decorations, exhibitions, interior design, fair booths, discotheques and theatres. DECOLOCK is primarily designed for decorative installations and can be used for permanent or temporary installations due to its highly aestethic appearance. The advantages of this system are the compact construction with 220 mm outer dimensions, low weight, optimum strength along with easy and quick assembly. The documentation of this truss system is closely related to the Codes of Practice SR 1.0 - Provision and Use of Truss Systems published by the VPLT/PLASA.

The advantage of the conical connection system is that the cones completely fit into the main chords so that highest load capacity is guaranteed. The Quick-Lock system enables fast, efficient and highly aesthetic assembly when the truss constructions are frequently assembled and dismantled.
