View of the common space infront of design studio The design is an integration of open spaces and enclosed spaces. While the open spaces provide a sense of independence & freedom, the enclosed spaces serves as lecture rooms and ofďŹ ces. The common open spaces also adds to the thermal comfort of the building by netralizing the ratio between open to closed spaces. Stack effect comes to play at certain areas.

HIGH SCHOOL NANGAL TOWNSHIP, PUNJAB PROJECT BRIEF The site is located in the midst of a residential development with a total area of 14 acres. The school is primarily to be used by the residents of the adjoining area. SITE ACCESS The site has an access from all four sides having 7 meters wide road.
BREAKING THE BARRIER The primary motive behind the design was to disseminate the gap between academics and recreation, without letting one activity disturb the other. INTEGRATING THE DIFFERENCES
The ďŹ nal form is recessed from the centre to create a room for entrance. The change in levels also creates a dramatic effect in elevation
