Case Study – Perugina in Thailand

Perugina was born in Perugia over 100 years ago. Now-a-days it represents one of the most important company for know-how and experience in the Italian chocolate art. It became one of the most famous members of Nestlé Italiana – a part of Nestlé Group. Perugina currently operates in 75 countries across 5 continents.

Perugina appointed MDA to find distributors in South East Asia and to prepare the launch event of its products and in particular “Baci” on the Thai market.

Success Story – Provenza Launch in Thailand

The Provenza winery, which today is a balanced blend of tradition and modernity. Founded in 1967 by the father Walter, today the company continues its noble traditions through the commitment and the dedication of Fabio and Patrizia Contato. And thanks to this enthusiasm, the winery has increased from the original 12 hectares in the heart of the production area of Lugana wine, to the current 140, extending throughout a rich and fertile terrain.

Provenza appointed MDA to search and select for their sole distributor in Thailand. MDA carried out the search and together with Provenza arranged a dedicated wine taste with the short listed Thai prospects and then organized the Launch event at Opera Italian Restaurant, in collaboration the Italian Thai Chamber of Commerce;
