Course Ticket Policy All courses at RMDC 2015 are ticketed. If tickets were not reserved when registering, they may be added at Registration in Lobby D, if available. Tickets for all non-fee courses will ONLY be honored until 10 minutes after the course start time. Tickets for fee courses will be honored throughout the course time. Continuing Education Credit The Metropolitan Denver Dental Society is an ADA CERP recognized provider of continuing dental education. The RMDC offers a maximum of (6) six hours of ADA CERP continuing education credits in one day (excluding the Dawson Academy course). Please note: the number of CE credits are listed for each course. In addition, MDDS credits are approved by the AGD for Fellowship and Mastership credit. Unless otherwise noted, one clock hour equals one credit hour. Continuing education courses may not apply toward license renewal/CE requirements in all states. It is the responsibility of each attendee to verify the requirements of his/her licensing board or the organization to which he/she must submit proof of continuing education. Please check with your state board or other applicable organization if you have questions.

Receiving Verification of Attendance All attendees who require proof of attendance for CE credits must record the CE code that is read at the end of the course. Attendees may either log on to rmdconline.com or go to the RMDC App for CE verification. You can only print your verification document from rmdconline.com. CE verification will only be provided if the attendee enters the correct CE code.

MWDI Shuttle A continuous complimentary shuttle will travel between the Colorado Convention Center LOBBY D and the Mountain West Dental Institute (MWDI). Please see the signs in Lobby D and at MWDI for specific departure times that accommodate the MWDI course schedule. In addition to these times, the shuttle will run throughout each day of the convention from 7:30am -6:00pm.

Child Attendance Policy Scientific Sessions: In consideration of all convention attendees, children under the age of 14 are not allowed in the scientific presentations.

Expo Hall: Due to the presence of large, heavy equipment, medical instruments and numerous other products, all children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult while in the Expo Hall. Parents taking children into the Expo Hall do so at their own risk. Neither MDDS, its representatives, agents, or employees, nor The Colorado Convention Center, its representatives, agents, or employees will be responsible for injury that may occur to children from any cause whatsoever, while children are in the Expo Hall. No exceptions to this policy will be permitted.

Alcohol Policy Alcoholic beverages are a part of some Rocky Mountain Dental Convention events. An individual’s decision to partake is a matter of personal choice and is neither encouraged nor discouraged by the Metropolitan Denver Dental Society. Reasonable and appropriate measures are taken by MDDS to ensure that consumption occurs in a safe and responsible manner. MDDS creates opportunities for convention attendees to engage in business with each other. It also provides opportunities for friends and colleagues to network and socialize. Irresponsible drinking could undermine these opportunities. All attendees are expected to exercise restraint and good judgment in their consumption of alcohol at Rocky Mountain Dental Convention events. This no-nonsense approach to dental sleep medicine, minus all the dental myths that are often associated with it, leads to the potential to begin therapy without the purchase of ANY irrelevant “instrumentation” that is often associated with entrance into this critical field. Investigate the science of dental sleep medicine and look head on at the challenges of implementation in dentistry. Learn honest and direct solutions for how to coordinate our care with medicine.
