Solution
The sole mission is to reduce time spent on documentation so more time can be spent on patient care. Great care is taken to create a simple interface that can be used in any outpatient clinic. Essentially taking the McGill questionnaire into the 21st century.
As technology becomes more advanced it only makes sense that this technology be used in our medical care. There is a great need for this tool and until now, there is no standardization of recording a patient’s history, thus creating unnecessary confusion and conflicts between physical therapists. Rehab Hx streamlines the note taking process for physical therapy outpatient clinics.
Once the patient answers the history questions, the app will turn the responses into clinically usable text paragraphs that are compliant with practice guidelines. This effectively eliminates handwriting a detailed history in a clinic just by pressing a few buttons. The intakes were designed to allow for multiple responses and dynamic histories. Each history is instantly saved to the iPad once entered and can be printed or sent via e-mail.

As people become more and more conscious of their carbon footprint they look for products that they can feel good about purchasing. Moth provides that service in more ways than one.
Moth’s color choices are good for any age. The colors range from earthy neutrals to bright vibrant hues. They appeal to the environmental and health conscious as well as the fashionista!
Packaging expresses the natural aspect of the company as well as it’s sophisticated components. The colors are cool and as earthy as a moth’s wing. The final package design represents the company’s character as a whole; organic, fresh, eco friendly, natural, and full of life.

Willowwacks definition: A wooded, uninhabited area. They identify with indie, DIY, travel, and camping culture. In the spirit of this, the logo and other elements will be hand drawn/ handmade.
The target audience includes those involved in indie folk culture. As well as those involved in the “do it yourself” and camping/traveler lifestyles.
Logo reflects the exact definition of the term “Willowwacks”. CD packaging and business card will be made of organic and earthy material. Website to display shows, news, tracks, & music videos. Business cards for easy contact and self promotion and finally posters to promote shows at local venues.

The art of dollhouse making is a long standing tradition. This magazine will bring this old time tradition into contemporary culture. No longer is this art form for the retired, or fanatic. This magazine will bring in a new and younger generation of dollhouse enthusiasts.
The magazine will showcase a clean modern sophisticated design. While still keeping a craft DIY feel.

Mushroom cultivation is a tradition that has been practiced for centuries. This farm seeks to keep this rich history alive through the use of scientific illustration style logo, hearkening back to the age of discovery. There is a feel of tradition, nostalgia, with a hint of playfulness
This farm works by delivering straight from farm to market or restaurant. Emphasis on tradition, freshness and organic are key to this brand.
The final solution displays the company’s values of a fresh and quality product. The poster serves as an advertisement tool within health food stores and more.

Because this book is made to showcase works of art, it will consist mostly of images. There will be an artist bio as well as quotes throughout. The book will ride on the line between being an art book and being an informative piece of promotional material.
Serves as a way of connecting artist to viewer. Can be used for submission to galleries as well as a coffee table book within a home.
This is a gallery within a book. The voice of the artist is heard, not only through images of the work, but also through the hand written / drawn elements throughout. The drawings are direct pulled from the artist’s personal sketch book.

It is through memories and storytelling that our previous generations can live on. Each story is collected through volunteer submissions. Users are not only encouraged to tell us about struggles and hard ships, but also fond, mischievous, silly, proud memories.
Through Voz these stories will be preserved for the grandchildren and beyond whose culture has never known anything other than what they see at present. It is through memories and storytelling that our previous generations can live on.
Voz will serve as an on-line archive of audio, video, and written, essays, accounts, and stories. The website includes a submissions, subscription to the Voz magazine, as well as an archive page. Each month a limited edition magazine will be released featuring four individuals whose stories provide a small window to the past.
The work I make as a designer comes from a place of deep artistic influence. I will always conceptualize with pencil and paper before continuing on to anything digital. This gives my work a unique and individualistic feel and personal human touch. Design is a form of communication. Through this touch we fulfill our basic need to communicate and connect with one another.
