Programme Eligibility
• 10+2 passed out (Any Stream) Many of the qualified Doctors have also taken this advanced programme(MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS)

Skin Anatomy and Physiology
Skin Disorders
• Skin Structure, Layers of the skin, Blood Supply to the skin, Keratinisation /Desquamation process, Melanisation process
• Difference between Diseases and Disorders, Difference between Therapeutic and Cosmetic Treatments, Different Disorders – Ageing, Acne, Pigmentation
Module 2
Skin Counseling and Examination
• Skin Examination- Introduction to Primary and Secondary Lesions, Physical, Verbal & Visual Examination with Symptom studies and Interaction with the client
Introduction to Non Invasive Cosmetic Treatments
• Introduction to Non-Invasive treatments, Consultation – Medical History, Pre and Post Care Instructions according to the particular treatment, Consent Reading, Signing and Record Keeping
Treatment planning and case Studies
• Photographical and Video Presentation for various non Invasive treatments. Treatment Planning and Various Combinations for Different Skin conditions

Laser
• Introduction to LASER, Ablative and Non – Ablative Lasers and Its uses. Non Ablative LASERs used in Skin Treatments. • Photo Interactions – Photo Stimulation, PhotoAcoustic, Photo Thermal, Mechanism of Action of LASER
Module 4
LASER – HR (Hair Reduction)
• Selective Photo- Thermolysis, Hair Structure, Hair Types, Hair Growth Cycle, Different Parmeters of LASER – DIODE. Other LASER available, Indications, contra – indications, complications, etiological factors associated, LHR Success rate, Demos and Practicals (Arms, Legs, Under Arms, Bikini Line, Facial Zones etc)
Module 5
IPL (Photofacial)
• Intense Pulsed Light, Mechanism of Action, Skin Rejuvenation, Skin Tightening and Anti- Acne Treatment, Indications and Contra Indications for each treatment, Complications, Consultation and Consent, Demonstrations and Practicals
Module 6
Laser Hair Stimulation
• Low Level Laser Therapy designed for Hair Growth, Trichology – Hair Structure, Hair Growth Cycle and Types of Hair Loss, Use of Laser Comb, Laser Helmet, Jet Peel and Topical Medicines for Hair growth
Module 7
Laser Tattoo Removal
• Q – Switch ND Yag Laser, Mechanism of Action, Photo Acoustic Tissue Interaction, Topical Anesthetics, Occlusion, Consultation, Consent, Demonstrations and Practicals
